A testament to Cascade hops in a bottle. This medium-bodied pale ale has a distinctive floral hop aroma and refreshing citrus flavor. You’ll notice a slight malty sweetness with a balanced hop finish. Perfect to enjoy anytime, anywhere.

Whoa. Poured like a saison... 99% was head. The carbonation here is insane! Nearly clear golden body. Aroma is hoppy and dominated by citrus but also has hints of pine and grapefruit. Flavor is the same, there’s not much of a malt base here.

This beer has an aroma of hops, rose and other floral fragrances. It is a cloudy gold with a good full sized off-white head. This medium bodied beer has a smooth character. The flavor is of hops and caramel. There is decent bitterness produced by this beer that continues to linger after swallowing.

UPDATED: OCT 12, 2008 Re-rating: I’m leaving the original below, but this time around, I sat down to a orange bodied beer with a little bit of head and aromas of citrus. Flavor is a bit thin on the malt... which makes the whole thing come off as a hops tea or something. Aroma: lemon, grapefruit, pine, hops with a white grape sweetness. Nice amber color with minimal white head. Laces nicely. Heavy malt with a little soapy flavor. Dry, hops is not as heavy as expected. Very floral.

Yellow orange color, white head. Citrusy aroma, some grapefruit. Nice light mouthfeel, good amount of carbonation. More grapefruit in the flavor, some other citrus notes, a little bready. Finish, mildly bitter, very dry.

(Bottle via trade with <A HREF=http://www.ratebeer.com/ViewUser.asp?UserID=2 target=blank>OhioDad, thanks Scott!) Pours cloudy yellowish amber. Soft off-white head. Sloppy lacing. Aroma is mostly hops, some malt. Body medium-full, but a touch watery. Taste is bitterness overlaying mild maltiness and fruitiness. The finish is where the dry-hopping comes through. Hops stand out here - seem very fresh and have a nice fruitiness.

Golden yellow with a white head that dissapates rather quickly. Aroma of biscuit and citrus (lemon zest). Light bodied, flavor of lemon zest, piney hops, some biscuit. Nothing overly impressive about this.

[tap @ Sunset Grill] Pours a cloudy yellow color. Aroma is mostly citrus other fruits. Very drinkable- I’d see this making a nice session. Nice, bitter finish.

12 oz bottle pours amber slightly cloudy with a big fluffy offwhite head. Aroma is slight grapefruit, apricot, and some grains. Flavor is grapefruit, apricot, some bread, grains. Finished bitter and dry. Palate is light with a fair amount of carbonation and a crisp dry finish.. Pretty enjoyable..

12 oz bottle. orange with a slight haze. Long-lasting foamy, white head. Light citrus aroma from the cascade hops. Was expecting a much hoppier presence that this one delivered. Some malt, light citris with a decent dry finish. A little better than middle of the road but not bad.
