COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A testament to Cascade hops in a bottle. This medium-bodied pale ale has a distinctive floral hop aroma and refreshing citrus flavor. You’ll notice a slight malty sweetness with a balanced hop finish. Perfect to enjoy anytime, anywhere.

12oz bottle. Clear reddish-golden body with a minimal head. Light citrus hop nose. The flavor is more interesting: cereal malts (cornflakes?) under strong cascade hops. The hops have a good depth about them, meaning they have a nice sweet juiciness not just the zingy bitter part..

12oz bottle, no dating apparent. Well, no surprises here...a pale ale with Cascade hops. Pretty standard...nice resiny nose of fresh hops...light, bready malt, hops jump out at me in finish...light body, easy to drink. The hop character seems vibrant and fresh, the only thing that really makes this worth drinking.

Poured a glass full of head. Yellow body. Light hop aroma. Taste is decent with a light hoppiness but finishes thin and watery. Nothing special about it.

I love this beer. Agreed it is very simple with a nice light citrus and piney taste. I thought it was quite refreshing too. Good summer beer for me. I could drink this stuff all day if need be.

UPDATED: JUN 3, 2005 Re-rete. Light amber with film for head. Aroma is mostly citrus with a touch of floral. Flavor is very well balanced malt and hops, with a nice hop kick at the end. Everything is a little muted, but nice pale ale none the less.

Lightly hazy golden. Light citrus aroma, a touch of mint, a touch weedy. Light crisp body, a bit fizzy. Nice biscuity touch of malt. Straightforward, but rather fun.

Bottel poured into a pint glass. Poured honey colored with a smallish head and hardly any lacing. Aroma smacks youo right away with citrus and hoppy floral aromas. Taste is slightly sticky and sweet with pine notes. Medium bodied and a really nice beer to go along with Chinese food. Well done.

Lightly hazed golden liquid with a smaller dark cream colored head. Caramel corn and a touch of hops in the background. Light sweet malt mixed with lots of hops. Long and lasting hops bitterness in the finish. This is a light APA, pure and simple, very simple.

Tap at brewery. Amber color with medium white head. Aroma was good combo of hop and sweet. Flavor was good complex of malt and hops. Finish was good and lasting.

Bottle. Large Cascade hop aroma, all sorts of citrus orange and a strange lime smell as well. Flavor is straight caramel malts and cherry cascacde. Very parched and dry palate, starchy.
