COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A testament to Cascade hops in a bottle. This medium-bodied pale ale has a distinctive floral hop aroma and refreshing citrus flavor. You’ll notice a slight malty sweetness with a balanced hop finish. Perfect to enjoy anytime, anywhere.

Slightly hazy golden body with a thick, fluffy white head. Big, hoppy nose full of citrus fruit, pine resin, sweet caramel, whole grains, light grasses and a piece of wheat toast with almond butter. Fairly light body but with a nice creamy mouthfeel. The flavor shows a nice, hop flavored Pale Ale that is not overly bitter, but immensely drinkable. Great, crisp citrus and pine that shows fresh, sticky hops. Underneath the great hops are enough whole grains covered in caramel to keep things interesting. The finish is light but the beer does not evaporate. All in all, this is not a mind-blowing beer, but one with great flavor and amazing drinkability. A real winner.

Hazy pale gold color, thin whitish head, sparatic lacing. Aroma is nice and fairly hoppy, clean, sweet, citrusy, a bit juicy with some hop resin and floral notes. Taste is crisp and clean with a favorable fruity balance between the bready sweet malts and the dulled citrus of lemon flavors. Hops do their thing with some milding bitterness of slight resin, flowers and citrusy things. Feel is about medium, with a soothingly smooth slick carbonation and the bitterness is fully in check. A pretty good Pale, perfect session brew or poker night drinker.

Great big cascade hops aroma and taste. 24 IBU but seems much higher. Citrusy notes hide most of the sweet malt. Unbalanced, but purposely. Hopheads treat.

Aroma of sweet resiny hops. Flavor is very sweet with a solid hoppy kick. The flavor is a bit to sweet.

UPDATED: JUN 15, 2005 keith-Good clean pale ale. Cascade hops aroma reminds the drinker of Sierra Nevada. Balanced flavor thats not complex at all. 3.2 Eric-thanks to dogbrick for hooking me up with this fine pale. pours a slightly hazy orange hue with a sudsy white head and nice lacing from the start. big notes of grapefruit, orange rind, some light pine and a good malt sweetness. I really like the fruity notes from this beer. I didn’t think cascade hops could have so much character on the aroma. Big citric sweet flavors with nice notes of orange, pine and pineapple. great palate-pillowy and fluffy with a good body. If i was living in my homeland, i would drink this beer on a regular basis! This is the perfect session beer!

Bottle. Pours amber and clear with a creamy white head. Light citrusy hop aroma with sweet malts also noticible. Flavor is nice balance of the aformentioned malts and hops with a subtle grapefruit rind aftertaste. Nice drinkable ale - though not outstanding.

Golden color, light bodied, mildly bitter pale ale. Gets more bitter and fruity towards the finish, rather thin though.

Bottle. Bright gold, and quite clear, no bottle conditioning, medium white head that dissipates quickly. Quite bubbly. Good lacing as it progresses though. Smells of medium-dry pine hops, not as much citrus as I was expecting, slightly earthy. Opens up with a good piney hops flavor that is not terribly bitter pine, but more a sappy, lightly acidic pine. Medium body and a very aerated texture. Very very dry hops finish with no malt on the finish. The only malt I can detect is in the middle, and a dry malt at that. Mildly metallic taste, very muddled. Not terribly citrusy. no grapefruit. Oh well.

Dont bother. Orange, floaties, white head, minimal. Very citrusy coriander smell, Hoppy both in flavor and smell. Bitter with a hint of lemon. It surely is a pale ale but not a very good one.

Medium gold, short off white head, very nice lacing. Floral hop aroma - very nice, but thought it should be stronger. Malts were thinner and bread/biscuit. Hops were pleasant - floral and lightly citrus, finish was medium long and piney. Reminded me of a more assertive SNPA. Easy to drink, made me happy.
