COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A testament to Cascade hops in a bottle. This medium-bodied pale ale has a distinctive floral hop aroma and refreshing citrus flavor. You’ll notice a slight malty sweetness with a balanced hop finish. Perfect to enjoy anytime, anywhere.

Pours burnt orange with nice white head. Aroma is light pine and citrus. Taste is sweeter with very little bitters. Very refreshing and easy to drink, somewhat oily mouthfeel.

355ml bottle (Pikkulintu, Helsinki, American Weeks 2011)
7 Dry hoppy aroma initially, peaches come out later, so more of a simcoe feel than a cascade one.
3 Hazy orange, brief head.
6 Simple malts, bitter hops, reasonable balance.
3 Soft palate, crisp carbonation. Finish pleasantly hoppy.
14 Fits together well, drinkable in quantity, and with a nice bite.

Bottled 0,355l (Beer Hunters)
Golden color, small white head, lace. Pale malty, citrusy hoppy aroma. Light to medium-bodied. Flavor is also pale malty with reasonably strong grapefruity-citrusy bitterness. Wellbrewed, classic pale ale.

(Bottle, 0.355 l, at Pikkulintu) The beer poured golden and almost clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma was herbal, citric and fruity. Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were grain, hops, citricness, mild sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and bitter. A decent beer and clean but a little bit disappointing.

Bottle. Hazy golden with a thick white head. Smells of grass and maybe some apples? Very fruity indeed. Not much malts here but alot of herbs, and much hoppy power! The finish is intense and long lasting with hops

Golden opaque with a big massive head stopping my pour from the bottle. Tons of eggshell white lacing like whipped cream topping. Peppery bread and garlic bagel with a touch of band-aid on the nose. Grapefruit honey with nutty banana and and notes of pepper on the tongue. Finishes with a woody dryness. Very interesting brew unlike most pale ales that begs for me to drink another.
