3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 OleR (3510) - Oslo, NORWAY - FEB 3, 2011
12 fl oz bottle picked up@Vinmonopolet, Vika. Long lasting, tall and dense blond top. Misty, plain gold colored body. Mild, but utterly inviting aroma of fruit-cocktail, flowers and lemonade. Medium malt body. Soft, lightly toasted and gently sweet. Fruity flavoring hops, mild bitterness. Smooth and creamy in the mouth. Rounded fruity-bitter finish. Well-crafted and easy drinkable.
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Brandman (969) - Helsinki, FINLAND - FEB 2, 2011
Yeasty and hoppy homebrew aroma. Some floury malts. Same semi-hoppy homebrew theme continues in flavour. 35 IBU’s but the bitterness is harsh.
3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 gunnar (2281) - Sandnes, NORWAY - JAN 25, 2011
Bottle at Den Gode Nabo, Trondheim. Pours clear golden with a huge creamy white head. Good subdued hop aroma, which comes more upfront as it warms up in my glass fruity dry apricots, also some good nutty malt aroma here. Taste is well balanced with a nice fruity hoppy, medium bitter aftertaste. Fresh mouthfeel. Very good beer.
4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 Pinball (7772) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JAN 25, 2011
bottle from Vinoble-favrskov
clear yellow, smooth almost yellow head.
extremely nice aroma. hoppy in nature, flowers, citrus fruits, dry, very faint note of orange or perhaps even exotic fruits. great balance.
flavor is bitter, pine, grapefruit, citrus, towards the end malty sweetness and hoppy bitterness well combined, boy this is good. beneath the bitter piny grapefruity dryness there is a delicate base of orange and exotic fruts, which again matches well with the malts. Even though very flavorfull the beer appears mild and wth no edges. very quenching. One of the best around 5%ish alc. beers i’ve ever tasted.

Pours a golden yellow with a white foamy head. Bright and Citrusy aroma. Taste is of a slight bit of malt offset by citrus and floral flavors. Subtle. Crisp dry finish very pleasant yet not extraordinary.
