COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A testament to Cascade hops in a bottle. This medium-bodied pale ale has a distinctive floral hop aroma and refreshing citrus flavor. You’ll notice a slight malty sweetness with a balanced hop finish. Perfect to enjoy anytime, anywhere.

Bottle, beermerchants.com. This was the first Founders of a night’s tasting of 6. Frankly, I was underwhelmed, as were my drinking companions. Maybe I’ve become used to US micro brews bursting with flavour, but this didn’t have too much of anything, unfortunately.

355 ml bottle. Am10. From København, Denmark.
Hazy golden colour with big creamy off-white head. Yeast and sweet fruity hops in aroma. Not that bitter and with some homebrew touch. Fry fruity hoppy flavour with some homebrew feeling all the way. Not that impressive APA after all.

UPDATED: FEB 10, 2011 It tastes a lot like Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. Which is a damn good thing. Nice and tasty Cascade hop profile. Good beer.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange color with a frothy off white head. Aroma is of citrussy, piney and grassy hops and some sweet and biscuity malt. Flavor is quite hoppy with some floral, citrussy, piney and grassy notes, i also get a decent amount of sweet and biscuity malts. You can deffinetly tell that it is hopped with cascade hops. The body is light to medium with a slightly dry and smooth mouthfeel. Overall a pretty good APA that is nicely balanced.

Pours cloudy deep orange with a white head. Aroma of fruity hops and caramel malt. Taste is the same with grainy texture. Bitterness in the end. Nicely balanced
