COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A testament to Cascade hops in a bottle. This medium-bodied pale ale has a distinctive floral hop aroma and refreshing citrus flavor. You’ll notice a slight malty sweetness with a balanced hop finish. Perfect to enjoy anytime, anywhere.

Hazy golden color with minimal head. Sweet malt with a hop backing that comes through a little thin.

Bottle. Pours a clear orange-gold, big white head and lively carbonation. Nose is slightly piney hops, bitter orange. Hop-forward taste, somewhat astringent citrus, solid caramel malt background. I could drink this all night.

12 oz bottle from Tiffany’s in Kalamazoo MI, served in a tulip. Pours hazy orange-amber with a small white head that fades slowly, leaving a large amount of fine lace. The nose has lots of flowers and citrus, along with a touch of caramel and pale malts. The flavour is quite well balanced between moderately sweet with caramel notes and moderately bitter with citrus, flowers and a touch of pine. The finish is long and balanced, with nice hoppy notes accenting drier malt. On the palate, it is medium in body with a dryish texture and soft carbonation. Overall, this is a decent pale ale, but fairly simple. The nose is full of beautiful Cascade notes, and these carry through. 2012-01-04

Bottle. Pleasant hoppy aroma. Nicely balanced hop flavor from start to finish. Smooth and easy to drink makes this a good session APA.

Citrus and a hint of pine in the aroma. The flavor is citrus-orange and very clean. A basic but very effective APA.

Pours a cloudy orange with a white head. Aroma of malts and light grapefruit hops. Flavor of citrus hops with some caramel malts. Seems a little watery but still good.

Pours a light yellow-orange with a thinnish head from a bottle. Aroma is expected from a pale ale - slight alcohol aroma and a general beer scent. Flavor is interesting, as it teases you with hops but never really delivers. Not sure if I like this one or not.

Very bitter American Pale ale, due to dry hops. Missing aroma hops, to make it more Balanced. Need more fruity tones that is so lovely at many other pale ales. The dry and grounded aroma with notes of old apples are not super successful. It is also pity that it is as high carbonated.
