COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A testament to Cascade hops in a bottle. This medium-bodied pale ale has a distinctive floral hop aroma and refreshing citrus flavor. You’ll notice a slight malty sweetness with a balanced hop finish. Perfect to enjoy anytime, anywhere.

12oz bottle, thanks Jon. Pours a hazy darker golden with some lemon tint to it and a perfect uniform slightly off white head. Crisp yet light and balanced nose with cracker, grass, pine, floral and citrus. Somewhat chewy feel with lively carbonation. Very light ’crackery’ malt, light balanced pine and citrus hops with floral undertones. Easy drinking pale.

Pour is a clear gold body with a thin lasting head. Grassy hops offset by some caramel sweetness, mild citrus, pineapple, dry ending.

Pours bright golden with a mostly receding wispy off-white head. Notes of pine, citrus, floral resin, and light caramel. Full bodied with light resin and soft carbonation.

4/28/10. 12oz bottle into a pint glass. The pour is golden orange with a hugr fluffy white head and lots of floaties. The aroma is deep earthy hops that border on catty, and the flavor is similar. I’m thinking this is a bit of an old bottle, but can’t find a date because it’s from a singles rack. Bah.

(cheap) growler fill from Whole Foods- Bowery. This, for me, was the perfect food pairing beer. Sweet caramel, well carbonated, light and sessionable. Slight citrus hops to provide a balance, but not overwhelming. Really helped wash down several different types of food.

Pale gold color with a white pillow head and noticeable lacing. A very aromatic flower bouquet on nose with a touch of lightly toasted hop. This is a crisp medium bodied pale ale that has a nice balance and enough sweetness to keep the dry, bitterness in check. A very smooth drinking ale.

12oz bottle from Castleton Wine & Spirits, Indianapolis. Pours a hazy orange. Nice citrus hop aroma. Good malt body, with a nicely balanced hop finish. Good beer.
