| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 24, 2006 pours a yellowish gold light body with some sediment. has a huge three finger white head and descent lacing.aroma is very small malt hops with a little caramel. flavor is caramel malt with small hops really sweet for a pale ale. not my thing with it being so sweet an average pale ale was expecting a little more hops. aarossell (151), Grandville, Michigan, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Nov 18, 2006 Significant white head on grapefruit copper. One dimension understated IPA based on cascade hops, malted. A good though drying taste from all the malt. EithCubes (2177), Indiana, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Nov 2, 2006 No. 775. Bottle. Yeah, this is all about the cascade. Rich golden pour with a frothy white head. Citrus and grapefruit nose spills over into the taste, which is nicely malty and moderately bitter. Dry spicy end lasts for a good while. Medium-full body. Nice baseline PA for comparison, wonderful go-to/stock beer. barleyPops (1081), Quad-Cities, Illinois, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Oct 26, 2006 well, I guess it was bound to happen. after eleven other brews from Founders, all of which I really enjoy, I found one I can’t stand. nose of lemon grass, orange peel and some pine. appearance is a clear gold with a HUGE, and I mean HUGE white foamy head. flavor is rather dull and muted with some mild caramel malt and the aforementioned citrus and pine hops. way too much carbonation here for me. glad I only picked up the one bottle. | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 8, 2006 Cloudy orange pour with a rim of white bubbles that I guess are the head. Aroma is nice and hoppy, with a tinge of sweat toffee. Nice hoppy flavor, it grows until it peaks before a slow finish. The Flavor is highlighted by citrus, and the finish has a grassy character. Nice medium bodied ale. chimpscampee (566), Madison, Wisconsin, USA
