bottle.
Pours a hazy light amber, big thick pillowy inch of off white head that lasts well. Smells of light floral notes, some grapefruit citrus notes, and a smooth caramel sweetness. Flavor shows more citrus than the nice- nice tamed citrus bite of grapefruit and lemons. Even bitterness that provides a nice bite without being super hoppy. Smooth grainy sweet bread and caramel malt flavors. Very well balanced. Palate is also very good- full flavor without being heavy, smooth lightly bitter dry finish. Maybe a tad bit heavy on the carbonation. Overall an outstanding pale ale.

12 oz bottle courtesy of Three Cellars (Franklin, WI). Pours a golden straw, lotta haze, with huge white cakey bubbly head that laces well. Aromas are a nice moderate citrus melange: lemon, grapefruit, and orange with light floral and mellow sweetness lent to graininess and pale malts. Nothing overdone. Initial takes on some powerful hop, florals and lemon and grapefruit juice make a strong impression with moderate piney resin. Pale malts, with grainy breadiness with a touch carmel taking it a bit deeper. Medium bodied, good by the book APA with impressive appearance. A winner, with good hop appeal for the style. Cheers!

pours hazy golden, white head.
Aroma is sweet, reminded me of tea leaves, hoppy, good nose of citrus/citronelle. Siple but effective
Taste, citrus hops with notes of freshness - mint - citrus and floral thick palate, light bitter finish that remains very enjoyable and balanced

Hazy golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is lightly orangey with a touch of chewy dry herbal character. The flavour is slightly chewy. Lightly sweet with a light chewy sweetness. This bottle tastes like it has quite a bit of age on it. Meh, not as good as it could or should be.

Hazy orange gold, nice fluffy white head. Nose is slightly floral and very grassy, lemon, loads of pale malt via biscuit. Flavor is a little more bitter, crisp and light with more biscuit, sweet lemon, and slightly grassy hop bitterness. Not bad, probably as close to a pilsner as I’ve had in an APA.

12 oz bottle. Fairly light and basic aroma, yet pleasant. Good amount of hops for a pale, yet not as much of a floral cascade as advertised. More grassy earth hop notes along with some cereal malts. Good pour, with a nice sized clingy cream bubble head, fairly cloudy body, and bright tangerine in color. Similar to the aroma, the flavor profile is quite basic, but very pleasant. More citrusy floral cascade hops in the flavor than aroma, but earthy notes are also there as well, and a good yet standard grain and pale malt backing. Slight acidic fruit flavor are also present. The feel throughout is nice, but the finish isnt as quenching as one would like. Pretty solid beer, standard pretty much the whole way through, but done well, and that makes it a simple and enjoyable brew.
