COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A testament to Cascade hops in a bottle. This medium-bodied pale ale has a distinctive floral hop aroma and refreshing citrus flavor. You’ll notice a slight malty sweetness with a balanced hop finish. Perfect to enjoy anytime, anywhere.

Date: December 12, 2011 Mode: Bottle Source: Binnys Description: Clear golden pour with nice amount of head that faded quickly and some lacing. Primarily floral aroma with some fruity / citrus notes. Taste is more citrus with maybe some pine and leaves a not so pleasant after taste. Had this immediately after the Bells Pale and liked the Bells slightly more.

Bottle 33 cl, ØlKonsortiet. Pours clear pale amber with a great creamy off white head leaving lace. Lots of small sediment particles in the pour. Aroma is fruity, metallic, sweet, yeasty, hoppy and citric. Flavor is acidy, pungent, bitter, metallic, dry and malty. Finishes dry, malty and bitter.

This one is just fine. Clean and crisp, just the right bitterness, cant wait to rate the other flavors I picked up by this same brewery later this week...

Bottle. Amber pour with a short white head. Aroma is HUGE pine and laden with citrus notes. Mouth watering, indeed! Taste is a bit of a letdown considering the potent aroma. Sweet malt, caramel, citrus fruit, and light pine round out the taste but it’s dramatically lessened compared to the aroma. Body is medium with soft carbonation and light lingering bitterness. Ends with more sweet malt, caramel, pine resins, citrus oils and light grapefruit.

Pours a clear light copper with a small off-white head. Aroma is of hops, citrus and some sweet malts. Interesting flavor, nice hop character, citrus, pine.

Bottle. Gold, a little cloudy, light white head. Mild hop aroma. Medium body, nice lasting finish. I think the bottle I have is a little old and the flavors are more muted than I remember. Will try again

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a medium white head. Perfume hop aroma. Slightly sweet flavor but mostly notes of light malts and strong citrus hops. A good and very hoppy pale.
