COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A testament to Cascade hops in a bottle. This medium-bodied pale ale has a distinctive floral hop aroma and refreshing citrus flavor. You’ll notice a slight malty sweetness with a balanced hop finish. Perfect to enjoy anytime, anywhere.

12oz bottle. Pours a hazy gold with a thin-moderate white head that last through the first quarter of the glass and left light lace. Very pleasant aroma of citrus and floral hops. The flavor begins with malt and caramel and is followed by a wash of citrus bitterness. Medium bodied. Solid.

Bottle 355 ml from erzbierschof.ch. Gigantic white foam hat which collapses slowly and leaves laces on the glass. The beer appears dark golden. The taste is surprisingly sweet and "amabile", with notes of Pils, crispy, bitter but there is some exotic fruit, floral touches and citrus. Texture mossy. Finally rather subtle.

UPDATED: NOV 27, 2011 (bottle) Clear orange body and a big, fluffy white head. Wonderful strong hop aroma--pine, straw, citrus fruit. Flavor has a lot of caramel malt, moderate hops; lots of straw, some lemon peel on the way back. Medium body, a bit oily. Sweet finish with a dry aftertaste.

2011-11-13. Crisp golden body with a small white head. 3+ Crisp modest bitterness throughout, grassy touches, light lemon notes briefly in the finish. 6+ Mild aroma, sort of a grassy hop character. Average palate. Decent pale ale. Bottle from Cloverleaf, Royal Oak

The "biscuit" taste of a true pale with a drier finish than I enjoy for this style along with very mild hop notes. Still a very solid pale.
