A testament to Cascade hops in a bottle. This medium-bodied pale ale has a distinctive floral hop aroma and refreshing citrus flavor. You’ll notice a slight malty sweetness with a balanced hop finish. Perfect to enjoy anytime, anywhere.

35 cl bottle @ home. Pours cloudy golden with a little sediment and a white head that leaves a lot of lacing. Aroma is floral and fruity hops as well as some hay. Flavour is fruity hops and sweet malt – with a slightly dry finish.

Rating #1635 - #CBC2015 Beer 20 - Dark amber pour with a bubbly, lasting white foam. Aroma is citrusy, tangerine notes, mild grassiness, mild floral, piney scent. Taste is a blast of Cascade character whose bitterness evolves to define this beer, a bold bitterness following a crisp, floral, resinous, citrusy sweetness. Balanced, and extremely drinkable

Cloudy amber colour with a small head. Citrus sweet smell with a bitter taste and dry finish. Good session beer.

350 cl bottle, best by a month from now. Pours a clear amber with a short-lived white head. Smells of honey, toast and a bit of resinous and citrus hops. Very well balanced taste, sweet and a bit bitter, with notes of honey, citrus and pine. Smooth and oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation.

As Founders Dry Hopped Pale Ale. Hazy amber body with a small white head. Light hoppy, citrus, flowery. I’d like to try it fresher.

Bottle from Cocktails, Littleborough.. Cloudy amber with a thin head. Very hoppy and very dry in the palate, but always tasty with a very noticeable but also very drinkable citrus flavour.

Bottle. Pretty middle of the road pale for me, even for Founders. Don’t taste the dry hopping so much, but the malt profile is strong with this one. Good session beer.

Nitro at Cabo Fish Taco. Pours a copper color with creamy white head. Citrus, pine, grassy aromas. Hoppy, grassy, piney flavors. Like always, I enjoy the normal version of this over the nitro. But still a really good pale ale.

Hazy orange pour. Classic cascade aroma but it’s somewhat restrained, probably from the age. Refreshing and simple flavor which balances the hops and malts really well. Great pale ale!

12 ounce bottle. Hazy Amber color topped by a moderate rocky white head and clinging lace. Sweet malt marries floral and citrus hops in the nose. Wonderfully simple and flavorful. Sweet malt and citrus hops are perfectly balanced to produce the quintessential American Pale Ale. Nicely done.
