A testament to Cascade hops in a bottle. This medium-bodied pale ale has a distinctive floral hop aroma and refreshing citrus flavor. You’ll notice a slight malty sweetness with a balanced hop finish. Perfect to enjoy anytime, anywhere.

33 cl. bottle, bought in Fish & Beer, Copenhagen, 31.10.12. Quite easy drinkable pale ale. Nice flower and hops in the nose, less flower in the taste leaving a vague bitterness. Almost no foam. Nothing special, a bit disappointing to the price. Would work best for me on a hot summersday where I was more thirsty than up for beer tasting.

Colour a pale copper colour with a thick white head. Lace doesn’t hang around much. Muted citrus aromas - doesn’t pack much of a punch. Malty and reasonably sweet flavours, not much bitterness to speak of but still well balanced. Palate Is a little light on for mine, well carbonated but no coating and a tad dry.

On tap, poured into a shaker. The aromas are very muted with notes of toasted bread, light citrus, and a touch of floral. It’s a clear amber color with a light white head and a light lace. The beer is a medium sweet and a light bitter. It’s an oily texture with a low amount of creamy carbonation. The medium body finishes with flavors of toast, spice, and caramel. It has a somewhat spicy aftertaste.

Boring. Bland. Little depth but an intriguing dry hop that almost has tannin-like features on the tongue. Not for IPA lovers and not deep enough for winter nor light/savory enough for summer. Had in a bottle. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
