DeadGuyFrank (316), http://westchesterbeer.com, USA Mar 29, 2008 Updated: Apr 2, 2008 My palate loves Cascade hops and like the commerical description states its a testament to Cascade. A perfect relaxing after-work beer. Plenty of floral citrus spice, hazy golden in a pint, nice head, balanced thoroughout. Very well made ale from the folks in Michigan, very well made indeed.
nbutler11 (40), Phoenix, Arizona, USA Jul 23, 2008 Enjoyed a sample from their tap room. Poured honey in color with a minimal white head. Mild with hops and refreshing. jeremyd365 (66), Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA Jul 16, 2008 Poured a creamy, coppery orange with a light head that dissipated quickly. The smell was a solid citrus and hop combo, and so was the taste. It was medium-bodied and mildly carbonated. It finished smooth with a slight and enjoyable bitter hop aftertaste. A really good pale that I’d definitely drink again. jbuzz (414), South Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA Jul 14, 2008 Michigan Beers tasting at Three Cellars Milwaukee.
