COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A testament to Cascade hops in a bottle. This medium-bodied pale ale has a distinctive floral hop aroma and refreshing citrus flavor. You’ll notice a slight malty sweetness with a balanced hop finish. Perfect to enjoy anytime, anywhere.

Pours dark gold/ light copper with an inch of dense white head that retains well and laces the glass. Lots of floaties. Aroma is very pleasantly floral with earthiness behind the scenes. Taste is dirty flowers and an astringent bite on the finish. Thin and well carbonated. On par and sessionable.

Bottle into a tulip. Bottled 7/10/15 so way past peak freshness but heavily discounted as such. A: Medium orange color with a tight finger of beige foam. Good retention and sheets of lace. S: Fragrant pithy scent with a little pine. T: Bitter pine taste. A little citrus on the finish but that’s all. Hardly any malt detected. M: Medium heft with good crispness and carbonation. Slightly chewy finish. O: Old bottle sure, but I don’t find much to recommend above many other available pale ales. OK but I wouldn’t seek it.

Bottle from Hops & Crafts Exeter( a gift from the owner as the beer was just out of date, drunk 2 weeks after B.B date), pours golden with nice white head & lacing down the glass, lots yeast went into the glass from the first pour , I guess the date had something to do with that. Aroma Crisp light citrus aroma lemon, melon & orange peel, taste bittersweet with more hop flavours pinapple, melon & tangerine crisp & refreshing with nice pale malt support almost biscuity ,lightish bodied with a delightful mouthfeel & crisp happy dry finish ,really drinkable. Nice!

Echon (259) - Århus, DENMARK - APR 13, 2016
A golden light-bodied ale, with a refreshing hoppy citrus aroma, and a hoppy flavour with a mild malt character. Semidry taste with medium bitterness. Not as full and tasty as I prefer pale ales to be, but on the other hand I am pretty sure this sample is far from fresh.

Had the Nitro Pale Ale (site refers back to this beer). Nitro very evident in the pour with a high, velvety head. Smooth and creamy, hoppy finish lost its zest as I worked my way through the pot. Found the last third of the glass quite flat and in contrast to the vibrancy of the beer when first poured.

5.4%ABV. Pale Ale. Tapped out light amber. 10°SRM. Nose is beery and sweet. Spicy and leathery. Some brown nut and oak like funk in the nose. Steamed peanuts. Mouthfeel was sudsy. Palate had toasted Malts. Rye bread. Multigrain bread. Caramel. Chestnuts. Hops are pine, cilantro, mint, hyssop with vegetal bitter and minty. Not as aromatic as I expected for a dry hopped brew.
