Aroma - caramel malt with a floral hops. Appearance - amber body with super-fine particulates. Head starts at around 1 3/4" and white, and settles into a thin layer. Taste - caramel malt with floral and citrus hops. Very well balanced. Palate - medium body, smooth non-oily texture, carbonation is average, and the finish crisp and abrupt.

Pours a half finger of head on a hazy darker straw body. The aroma is ripe orange and mandarin, and grapefruit. The taste has a honey sweet followed by a grapefruit bitter-sweet flavor. The texture is crisp and fizzy. It’s enjoyable.

Rating #1635 - #CBC2015 Beer 20 - Dark amber pour with a bubbly, lasting white foam. Aroma is citrusy, tangerine notes, mild grassiness, mild floral, piney scent. Taste is a blast of Cascade character whose bitterness evolves to define this beer, a bold bitterness following a crisp, floral, resinous, citrusy sweetness. Balanced, and extremely drinkable

350 cl bottle, best by a month from now. Pours a clear amber with a short-lived white head. Smells of honey, toast and a bit of resinous and citrus hops. Very well balanced taste, sweet and a bit bitter, with notes of honey, citrus and pine. Smooth and oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation.

As Founders Dry Hopped Pale Ale. Hazy amber body with a small white head. Light hoppy, citrus, flowery. I’d like to try it fresher.

Bottle from Cocktails, Littleborough.. Cloudy amber with a thin head. Very hoppy and very dry in the palate, but always tasty with a very noticeable but also very drinkable citrus flavour.
