COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A testament to Cascade hops in a bottle. This medium-bodied pale ale has a distinctive floral hop aroma and refreshing citrus flavor. You’ll notice a slight malty sweetness with a balanced hop finish. Perfect to enjoy anytime, anywhere.

@ Havregatan. Bottle (355 ml) from Kihoskh, Copenhagen (27 DKK). Quite fruity with notes of hops, citrusy and grapefruity, some grassy notes as well, quite sweet flavor, bitter, medium body and oily texture. The aftertaste is dry and bitter with fruity notes.

Hazy golden colour with lots of tiny particles in the brew. Nice creamy warm cap that stays long and give out bubbly lace. Hoppy nose with fruity grapefruit notes and mild pine. Wet mouthfeel at first, but gets dryer as the aftertaste progress. Mild bitterness lingers. The taste is on the fruity side with lots of citrus and a bit of its zest. Something is not well-balanced in the middle. Not a bad APA, but not something I would have many.

Tap in pint glass at Sheffields in Chicago. Dark Gold with small white head. Citrus hop aroma. Hop taste but we’ll balanced. Dry but good balance throughout on the palate. Nice beer, better than expected.

Pint at Sheffield’s in Chicago. Definitely a fan of this tavern. I thought this would take on more hop aroma. Mild aroma on a light golden ale. Taste has some of the grain, cereal elements but balanced with plenty of hop taste action. Resin present. Not a lingering finish but clean. I’m surprised by its drinkability. Nothing special but a decent option.

Bottle from Archive Beer Boutique August 2013. Golden amber in colour with a tidy beige head. Aromas are pleasant and the flavour is good. A beer I could drinks few of.
