A testament to Cascade hops in a bottle. This medium-bodied pale ale has a distinctive floral hop aroma and refreshing citrus flavor. You’ll notice a slight malty sweetness with a balanced hop finish. Perfect to enjoy anytime, anywhere.

355 ml. bottle poured in to a Tulip. Hazy, amber colour with a golden tint. Fruity aroma with caramel malts, fruits, citrus and floral hops. Taste is light bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes dry and bitter with caramel malts, floral hops and citrus. Nice, classical example of a sweeter, American APA.

thought I’d drunk or lost this but it resurfaced when clearing boxes for moving house, consequently well past its bbe.
pours hazy dark amber with dank slightly oxidised herbal nose. Dry, slightly bitter and fruity. I’ll need to rerate it.

Fantastic brew with a distinct yet gentle bitterness full of citrusy, tropical and piney notes. A wee bit light but very refreshing on the palate. Note of caution: I may be partial to the style, but this is good stuff.

Hazy colden color, small white head. Hoppy, citric and somewhat floral aroma. Lot’s of citrus and pine in the taste but also some malty sweetness - not as floral as they like to describe it. Dry finish.
