Bottle pours golden with a white head. Aroma is grassy, citrusy hops, and a little biscuity malt. Flavor is much the same with a nice long bitter hop finish.

Slighty hazy light orange pour with thin head that dissipates quickly. Hoppy aroma of floral and citrus with just a hint of bready malt. Taste is definitely dominated with the floral hoppiness present in the nose. Some sweet malt in the background balances things out nicely. Slightly bitter with a lighter mouthfeel. Quite tasty and easy drinking.

This is a personal preference, but this does not hold a candle to the centennial IPA. Grassy, hoppy aroma, but besides the big hop bitter kick, the taste was a little underwhelming.

UPDATED: FEB 11, 2012 Very clear golden pour with light head spotty lacing.
Strong spice/floral herbal earthy vegetatle,pungent,danky.
Taste has a light bright clean light sweet malt , initially full bodied tasting but lightens up with a sting of citrus hops some of that hop flavor from aroma with a clean light sweet finish and some mild residule light citrus tartness. Strong aroma and flavor but a gentle light citrusy bitterness,very sessionable tastey goto beer.

Hoppy aroma. Smooth, somewhat citrusy and with a hint of spice; leading to a bitter and hoppy conclusion that is stronger than the alcohol content would lead you to expect. A good pale ale.

Pours deep orange with beige head and lively carbonation. Aroma is sweet and floral, the hops are definitely the focus. The taste is of oranges, malt and a mild, bitter finish. This isn’t the most exciting beer out there but it’s very well balanced.

Bottled. Golden color, thin wispy white head. Bright citrus aroma. Dry, bitter, citrus, clean finish.

12oz bottle. This is a really nice beer. Nice nose: tight mix of hops & malt, a sort of citrus & funky fruit thing, mellow malts in the background. Taste follows up well. Good balance, nice body. Will buy again.
