Aroma is loaded with roasted barley, chocolate, coffee, and cream. Quite a surprising roast component considering the style- the nose skirts the line with a sweet stout. Flavor is a malt heavy torrent of roasted barley, lactic sugar, bakers chocolate, dark roasted coffee, and molasses. Mouthfeel is thick, rich, creamy, and with pillowy effervescence and a roast-dry chalky finish. The complexity is such that the flavors that are present in the most excellent proportions, Well done. ARoma is nicely roasted coffee with some chalky creaminess. Some light hints of anise, chocolate and some doughiness. Mouthfeel is silky and creamy, Flavor is immediately roasty with coffee bean, bakers chocolate, bitter notes as well. Wonderfully flavorful and top notch mouthfeel.
