Courtesy of Ohiodad. Poures a deep orange/red color with a fluffy head. Smells pleasant with a citrusy hop aroma. Big grapefruit and citrus rind flavor in the fore. Smooth and creamy malt in the middle and a pleasant quenching finish that leaves a bit of bitterness in the aftertase. Nicely done!

GTM. Smells like a pale ale or an IPA. Floral, hoppy. Nice amber color. A really solid brew. Really nice flavor. Hoppy, with malt. As the commercial description states, "impressively balanced." Hard to describe the individual elements.

Beer pours cloudy orange brown color with a nice totally retained beige colored head. Aroma is also enjoyable with a wonderful floral hop aroma, a bit of malt and rye. Flavor is very hoppy bright as to fresh citrus. Very enjoyable strong ale. ABV is not noticable.

All american hops. Pungant and resiny. Clear copper/red with tan head and fab lacing. Big hop flavor with rye spicyness. Caramel, and good bitterness. Quite dry and refreshing. My first founder’s beer ever. Pretty happy so far.

pours a gorgeous mahogany color with a two finger off white head. Dangerously quaffable, this brew has a good balance between bitter and maltiness. Thx santa

Pous a somewhat cloudy amber, with a tan head. Aromas are pine, grapefruit, and a little malt. Flavor is much like the aroma, with a bit of spice as well. More hoppy than I would prefer.

12 oz bottle, courtesy of Sammy. Deep red-brown beer with a thin off-white head. Big hoppy aroma, pine, resin, and some woodsy spiciness. Sweet malts mingle behind the hoppy top notes. Vanilla aroma as well. Flavour shows the same vanilla notes, spicy hops, and a touch of peppery alcohol. Faint sweetness in the middle of the palate before a fruity cherry and citrus flavour that is quickly backed up by an assertive hop flavour and bitterness. Awesome.

Bright reddish-brown body with a creamy off-white head. Spicy rye, caramel malt, fig, and cinnamon aroma. Nice toasty, warm and spicy malt qualities marry nicely with the hop varieties. Great aftertaste and medium, palatable texture. This is like Arrogant Bastard with refinement. I dig it.

This is my new favorite hoppy beer!! My wife and I polished off a sixer over last weekend and I went back to buy what was the last sixer my store had. I love the way the hops and rye intermix. Damn nice beer. Might have the best aroma I’ve ever smelled hopwise.
