Nov 4, 2009 A hoppy flavor that I have yet to tatse. Pours well, whiffs of sweet dank, finished with a burst of floral flavors.

Nov 1, 2009 Pours a clear amber copper color with medium amount of frothy offwhite head. Aroma is a lot of floral hoppiness mixed with a very sweet caramel base. Flavor starts with a slight sticky toffeeish sweetness then drastically shifts into a huge amount of tart bitter citrus hops and a slightly mellowing rye sweet but bitter finish. Finishing dry, but very enjoyable.

Oct 30, 2009 Bottle. Poured a reddish copper color with a faint white head. Aroma was grass, pine, and floral hops. Flavor was very bitter and hops. Very grood beer.

Oct 29, 2009 From a bottle this brew pours a copper color with a thin white head. Nice aroma of grapefruit, hops, floral and pine. Incredible hoppy bitter taste with plenty of citrus, caramel, pine and floral notes. This brew is hop lovers dream. Which means it ranks right up there for me. This one is a winner.

Oct 29, 2009 Poured from bottle into Nonic Imperial Pint.
Clear orange-red with small head and some lacing. Love the color.
Aroma of very tart grapefruit with some spiciness and slight alcohol. Very noticeable smell.
Very interesting - tart, bitter and spicy, in that order. Definite grapefruit flavor with a bitter and pepper aftertaste. There is a subtle malt balance; the label says it is Belgian and I can see that. I expected a little more noticeable Rye spiciness, but this is one of the strangest, most fascinating beers I have had in awhile, and that definitely counts for something.
Nice smooth medium to full body with moderate carbonation.
One of the most strangely alluring beers I have ever had. Wasn’t sure I liked it at first, but now that I am finishing the glass, I am crushed.

Oct 25, 2009 On tap at brew pub golden amber pour lotsa foam with lace. nose is hoppy kinda floral and a little sweetness like honey. rye flavor with some nice caramel and hops nice and dry finish. this brewery can do no wrong!!!

Oct 23, 2009 Floral/caramel aroma. Hazy read beer with thick lacing. Wonderful flavor with a very dry bite. Read early of a complex finish - dry/bitter/sweet - very true. Leaves you with an aftertast of rye.

Oct 17, 2009 Pours a slightly hazy red/orange, with off-white head. Hops, caramel and rye in the aroma. Flavor is similar but with biscuit, honey, some sweet malt, and pine. Good beer, kinda like a dark rye IPA.
