Ungstrup (10417), Frederiksberg, Denmark Sep 21, 2005 A hazy red beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is caramelic and very hoppy. The flavor is sweet with lots of caramel, and also quite a lot of hops giving it notes of grass, but it also contains notes of cowberries, and it has a dry end. Medium body with swettish accents of caramel and then a fairly hoppy finish takes over. Nice. 191206 Oakes (6529), Miami Beach, Canada Oct 23, 2005 Dark amber with chunks. Big aroma - floral, slightly raspberry, baked apples and spicy rye notes. Funky flavour is spicy and flowery with great brown sugar malt notes. Light plastic noted.
