3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
From the 12 fl., oz. bottle. The pour is mostly reddish-brown with a short-lived off-white head.
The aroma is alive with raspberry - the fresh stuff - not a juice. So in that regard it is excellent. But I am not a fan of this style. Still, the roasted malt character plays around underneath it all.
Light to medium body.
The raspberry fruit dominates the entire experience to the point that I feel like I am drinking a wine cooler. So that brings my rating down a bit. I don’t mind fruit beers but I still like the beer experience.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
355mL bottle that pours a deep ruby red with a tinted red crown atop. It has a big jammy raspberry aroma that oozes from the glass into my nostrils like a clammy midnight fog. A massive sweet is apparent as soon as the it hints the tongue and then a burst of amazing berry flavours. I’ve never had a beer like it!

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours copper orange with a white head. Aroma is very candy-like with raspberry candy, slight vanilla, some grainy notes and slight tart berries as well. The taste is kinda soda-like with with some sweet caramel malty notes, sweet candy raspberry and some grainy notes as well. I do not dig the balance in this.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle thanks to RasmusOtt. Pours a deep, hazy red with a small, soapy white head. Aroma has lots of sweet, ripe raspberries, some wheat, slight yeast and some winegums. Taste is pretty fruity sweet first of all, but also has some malty sweetness. Tart raspberries, slight minty. Very juicy. Something slightly off in the taste. Might just be the wheat that doesn’t work very well for me. Medium carbonation and juicy texture.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Got in a trade, but its 11 months old :(
Still enjoyed, but I’ve waited a long time for it and was hoping for a slightly fresher one. Still nice raspberry aroma and flavor. Light Belgian like yeast quality and light malt. Had with Easter brunch. I imagine newer it’d be fruitier and jamier. Maybe I’ll get to find out...

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Not shockingly, a bright raspberry pour with a small ivory crown. Tart yet sweet raspberry aroma with a fruity raspberry flavor. Despite the before-mentioned, this isn’t one dimensional. Nice and refreshing.

Red with no head. Crazy berry flavor. Raspberry dominates everything. Sweet and tasty. Good for a fruit beer

Bottle Rehills Newcastle. I’m a big raspberry fan and this works really well. Plenty of this lovely fruit all over this very red ale and I think it tastes pretty damn fine. Juicy and sweet, great stuff.
