COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Not another boring summer wheat beer or lemonade shandy—Rübćus is Founders’ way to celebrate the season’s warmest months. Optimizing the flavor of fresh raspberries added at multiple stages during fermentation, this stunning berry red masterpiece is the perfect balance of sweet and tart. No question about it, with a hefty malt bill and 5.7% ABV, this beer is 100% Founders.

Bottle from systembolaget sweden. Big and lasting light pink head. Clear red amber color. Huge raspberry aroma. Sweet raspberry taste that goes over the top and totally dominate this beer. Could be a bit more fermented to make it a bit slimmer and not so much raspberry lemonad.

Pours a clear reddish pink color with a thin, pink tinted white head. Raspberry and sugar aroma. Raspberry, sugar, mild tart and some biscuit flavors. Light body and moderate carbonation. Super drinkable. Raspberry finish. Fresh raspberry flavor, not extract. Pleasantly surprised.

Reminded me of New Glarus' Belgian Red but with raspberries. Well made and a straight fastball of what I expected. Really liked. On tap at Warren's in Wheaton. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

From notes (10/15/15). My notes on this one were basically different phrasings of the words "tons of raspberries" -- it’s got a huge, real-fruit taste and aroma. Definitely worth trying anytime it’s on tap, although I wouldn’t quite put it up at the hallowed heights of New Glarus’ fruit beers.

Bottle - small foamy head, beautiful dark red/Amber color, well balanced fruit beer, big raspberry aroma and flavor, slightly sweet and slightly tart, some mild malt balance in there too, pretty carbonated, very good for a fruit beer ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

I have no idea how I managed to miss rating this until now. This fruit beer is on par with New Glarus fruit offerings and something I buy every time it is fresh and available. I love the true fruit flavors and there is no hint of anything artificial. Tasty.

Huge giant aromas a raspberry almost soapy fragrant. Hazy red with light pink head. The flavor is mellow compared to the smell but still strong. Great body thicker then expected.

Wheaty bready aroma somewhat bland Pours a hazy pinkish red with small wispy white head Sweet raspberry and tart flavor with bready maltiness. Light bodied with medium high co2, quick sweet finish. Very refreshing and easy to drink. I could drink these all day long on a hot day ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a thin head on a clear red-hued straw body. The aroma is raspberries. The taste is mellow raspberry, just sweet enough and some tart. Good balance. The texture is crisp. Really enjoyable.
