UPDATED: MAY 4, 2014 From a bottle. Pours a red/brown, mild head, distinct raspberry aroma, very prominent sweet flavours almost like a cider with a bitter finish, couldn?t drink a lot but worth a try. Interesting and refreshing

The City Beer Hall, Albany, NY, draft. Very refreshingly tart. Could chug a gallon. Hardly a beer, but tasty all the same. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Look: pours a red color with pink hues on the edge. White head. Bee clear. Smell: raspberry. Sweet apples. Champagne with raspberries in it. Taste: raspberries. Sweet candied sugar. Feel: tart, but still sweet with a dry finish. Overall: nicely done beer. Very crisp and refreshing. First drank: home 4/13/15 Vintage: 3/12/15

Nice small white head. Very true raspberry red color. Sweet raspberry whiffs. Great front taste, though sweet, raspberry full throttle from the onset. Just not super keen on the finish; it attempts to mellow the taste from being over sweet throughout and its just OK. Glad to have a bottle, but wouldnt want more than a glass in a sitting.

Definite raspberry, a little sweet for me but it might be OK on a hot day.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy deep red with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and heavy raspberries. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 110415

Pours a deep red color. Big fruity flavor. Reminds me of a fresh raspberry jam. If you are looking for a beer with a bit of fruit on the finish, this isnt for you. Incredibly refreshing, though. Id drink again!

From the 12 fl., oz. bottle. The pour is mostly reddish-brown with a short-lived off-white head. The aroma is alive with raspberry - the fresh stuff - not a juice. So in that regard it is excellent. But I am not a fan of this style. Still, the roasted malt character plays around underneath it all. Light to medium body. The raspberry fruit dominates the entire experience to the point that I feel like I am drinking a wine cooler. So that brings my rating down a bit. I dont mind fruit beers but I still like the beer experience.

355mL bottle that pours a deep ruby red with a tinted red crown atop. It has a big jammy raspberry aroma that oozes from the glass into my nostrils like a clammy midnight fog. A massive sweet is apparent as soon as the it hints the tongue and then a burst of amazing berry flavours. Ive never had a beer like it!
