Draft. Poured clear dark golden color with an average frothy off-white head that lasting with good lacing. Moderate to heavy complex hop aroma. Medium to full body with slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy bittersweet flavor with a medium to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate duration. This is a solid beer.

Draught at the Founders Brewing Co, Grand Rapids, MI. Clear deep golden color with a small white head. Sweet fruity hoppy aroma with caramel malt, deepness and mild bitterness. The flavor is sweet fruity and resiny hops, bitterness, deepness, alcohol and malt. Strong. Rather easy booziness for a 10.8% brew. But the alcohol doesn't get unnoticed. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Clear gold.pour with minimal white head. Aroma is grapefruit and lemon rind. Taste is hops forward. Nice sweet and bitter balance. Nice pour.

Lots of pine and citrus and kiwi on the nose. Just as complex on the palate, but really slick at this gravity. Still a full-flavored and yet delicate IIPA.

Bright transparent orange color with barely a head, just a thin white ring and no lacing. Aroma has huge tropical, citrus fruits. Strong piney hops as well. Smells so good. Flavor is citrusy and resinous. Full flavor but not a bitter hop bomb. Super easy to drink, and zero alcohol presence.

32oz growler fill, from King’s Convenience, pours with a clear pure gold body that supports a full light tan head of foam. The aroma is bursting with tangerine, tangelo and grapefruit citrus hoppy bitterness. The taste delivers a pleasing pulse of juicy ripe tangelo and tangerine fruitiness as well as with thin rings of sweet juicy mango. Toward midway bitter spicy onion like hoppiness hits to help create a bit of a bitter hop forward experience. Into the finish it gets dragged into a shallow pool of sweet malts as well as a caramel note. The large ABV is hardly noticeable. Solid.

Enjoyed on tap at Founders in Grand Rapids, MI while on a friends bachelor party. Unfortunately I didn’t take tasting notes, but remember this being very good, pretty standard imperial IPA, very hoppy with pine and tropical fruit notes. Would have again, and hope to have again.

Draft. Nose is creamy almost corn like with a moderate orange zest nose. Taste follows with an overall meh.

Citrusy hoppy & smooth at the abv! Pour is great as usual & the aroma is nicely filled w/ hops. Good stuff!
