2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
On tap at Founders. My god. This is like what people who don't know what beer is drink... It's bright yellow, like piss, with a small white head. It's crystal clear, and ugh. The aroma is Bud Light with a little extra hoppiness. The flavor just as bad. I'm glad I don't have to try this again...

1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Aroma is light, light hops, not much else. Appearance is clear yellow, white head. Taste is somewhat hoppy, finishes aluminum. Mouthfeel is carbonated but not like club soda. Overall, my guess is this beer is brewed for the guy in the group of ten that prefers Budweiser to real beer. Not good.

Why is this a tap room exclusive? Such an ordinary beer, and not very Founders-esque. It almost tastes like thereís corn in there. It was kind of hard to go from some of the more legendary beers Founders offers, and then having one of these. It tastes average. There is a slight hoppiness and bitterness in the taste, but itís rather bland and unexciting. Itís definitely a sessionable sort of brew, but Iíd sooner take their standard pale ale over this any day. Not much to miss here, folks.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Draught at the Founders Taproom, Grand Rapids, MI. 4.5%.
Cloudy golden colour with a tiny white head.
Earth and sweetish malt in the aroma.
Malt, mild hops and hints of bitterness in the flavour.
Very drinkable but also a bit boring.

Had on tap at their place in Grand Rapids with Alex. Pours a golden yellow. An average beer that is overpriced.

Draft at the brewery. Not really sure of the category while drinking this but it was average all the way around. Nothing bad, nothing terribly exciting but a nice sessionable ale to enjoy in the spring and summer.

On tap at Kraftwork with Remy Martin and Alan, pours clearish golden with light to medium head. Notes of honey, malt, lemon, and grain. A little bit ashy, but clean enough just not what I was expecting for this Founders brew.

On tap at Founders Brewery, Grand Rapids, Michigan. Pours a clear light, pale color with no head. Nose is flat. Taste is grainy, without much flavor. Could do without this one. Quaff Scote 5 / 10
