2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
500ml can. First cider rating. Crisp, sweet, a little tart. Finish is not dry. Refreshing. About what I’d expect, I guess. A pretty good beverage.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
My first ever cider rating, so I don’t have much of a reference point. Generally fizzy, tastes a lot like tart apples. Good mouthfeel actually, decent sweet finish. Not earth-shattering, but OK for a try.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
I got a buddy who loves beer but can drink it cuz of a severe intolerance that makes him super sick. So he drinks whiskey (yay!), gluten-free beer (boo) or cider (iffy). And this cider is somewhere on the tightrope of iffy. A bit better than the ginger ale apple concrete style of many brands, but far from the artisanal cider that I admire. I want character in my drinks & this doesn’t have that. But it is a decent final drink after a night of drinking.

2.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Rating #867 - Notes from previous tastings. Have had this on tap and from tallboy cans. Clear, pale yellow colour, fairly carbonated. Aroma is sweet apples. Taste is pleasant, not unbearingly sweet. The best of the beasts.

2.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Can. Dark golden, medium carbonation. Aroma is lightly spiced apples, some gipsum. The palate is fairly macro-cider-typical, but lighter on the syrup/sweet factor and finishing very dry. So extra points for actually not disgusting me, but still not my type of cider.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap, pours a copper color with no head. Aromas of spiced apples. Flavors of dried baked apples. No carbonation. OK as an apple flavoured drink.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Tall can. Pours golden, high carbonation. Nose of slight apple, farmyard. Moderate tannin. May have some artificial flavouring but not definite. Fairly tart. As JoeMcPhee said it’s like a Magners/Bulmers, a tad lighter... for an industrial cider actually this was quite good, who cares who made it that doesn’t factor into my ratings.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Can from the LCBO, this is a maco cider imported to Canada from the UK. This cidar pours a rich golden hue, with a fizzy head. The aroma notes include sour apples, ripe fruit, flowery, and a little pungent. Tasting notes include sweet apple, snappy tartness, and a medium dry finish
Not bad, but there are far better Ciders our there.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Deep gold. Sweet apple aroma. Magners-esque. A touch of skin flavour/tannins. Refreshing though.
