500ml can. Pours gold, no head, lots of carbonation bubbles. Nose has some tartness, some leathery notes. Taste has some sweet apple up front but gets dry quick. Fairly plain and quick finish. Pretty refreshing, better than a lot of canned ciders, but pretty mainstream.

Draft sample. Gold in colour with very clow carbonation. Neutral aroma, perhaps a bit of unwaxed red apple skin. Flavors are of tart red apple, and dry red wine. Quite dry and a bit sour, but not mouth puckering to any degree. Solid overall.

On tap at the Elephant and Castle in Winnipeg. Didn’t get a lot of aromas...somtart apples and white wine. Nice tart flavours balanced by nice sweet apple juice notes.

Very mellow and easy top drink. Not too sweet. I hate rating ciders. Needs more spice.

(Bottle 34 cl) Pours a pale golden with a fizzy, dissipating head. Lightly tart apple aroma. Medium body with lots of fizz, fresh, tart and rather authentic apple notes. Lightly tart finish. A pleasant and not too commercialized cider - in spite of its origin. 030508
