COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Bohemian style Pilsner with a subtle malty sweetness delicately balanced with German Noble Hops. This straw coloured lager is a great reward after a hard days work.

Pours pale gold. Head clings to glass in a skirt but fades to a ring. Nose is immediately sweet and light maltiness and some buttery diacetyl present. Flavor is sweet malts with a richness enhanced with some sweet buttery stuff going on. Not infected but just some diacetyl.

Bottled, poured into a pilsner glass. Dark straw pour with a fine white head. Fair lacing. Medium mouthfeel, strong carbonation. Aroma is bready malt with a citrusy hop background. Flavor is bready malt, citrusy lemony hop flavor. Assertively bitter finish without astringency. No DMS, no diacetyl. Very refreshing. A great example of a Bohemian pilsner. Nice balance of hops and malt. ---Rated via Beer Buddy from my iPad.

Pours mostly clear but for fine suspended particulate, straw-golden with a thickish eggshell head that settles to a thick ring and leaves plenty of hanging clumpy lace. Nose of fresh bready malt, doughy yeast, and light spicy hops. Fairly sweet with a little more bitterness. Softer carb, medium bodied, round, with a fairly lengthy crisp bitter finish. A nice pilsner, imminently drinkable, solid flavor, well put together.

Bottle. Barley malt and hay aroma. Golden yellow with large head. Lightly sweet barley malt and mildly bitter herbal/dry grass flavor. Not bad.

Very smooth, light, refreshing. A great summer beer. A sweet flavor which is light and doesn’t weigh the beer down.

Pours clear gold with a small white head. Scent is slightly malty and hoppy. Taste features some fairly strong, grassy hops..a pinch of pepper. Very easy drinking. Not bad at all.

12oz bottle pours hazy yellow color with white heads that doesn’t last long. On the aroma side I get some mild malt scent and very little on the hops. The flavor is crisp enough for a pils. Not sure what hops were used but for me plainly mild. Overall a decent German pils.
