COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Bohemian style Pilsner with a subtle malty sweetness delicately balanced with German Noble Hops. This straw coloured lager is a great reward after a hard days work.

Draft at the source. Clear very pale yellow color. Aroma of straw. Taste is papery and peppery.

Bottle... Pours clear and yellow with a small, wispy, short-lived, white head. I’m getting nothing in the way of an aroma here, so It’s certainly not unpleasant. Light to medium-bodied with energetic carbonation. The flavor offers spicy, peppery bitterness flanked by grainy, biscuity sweetness. Trends a touch bitter overall with a crisp, snappy finish. Does a great job of accompanying an assortment of mild to sharp to funky cheeses, but pilsners aren’t really my thing. This one is what I consider "average" for a style with which I like to wash down food, but dislike overall.

355mL thanks to tastybeer! Pours a full haze uglier straw with weak foam. Nose is cantaloupe, chamomile, honey, candy corn. Taste is lemon soap, mild sugar, chamomile tea. Mealy, soapy palate. Somewhat juicy, but not a fresh bottle.

Sample at MacNiven’s in Indy. Clear yellow-golden pour with a medium white head that burns away steadily. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of mild hops and fruit. Light body with flavors of grassy hops, malt and sweet fruit. The finish is lightly bitter with a short hoppy aftertaste. Decent Pils overall.

Bottle. Barley malt and hay aroma. Golden yellow with large head. Lightly sweet barley malt and mildly bitter herbal/dry grass flavor. Not bad.

12oz bottle. Clear golden yellow color. Minimal ring of white head. Couple dots of lace. Smooth, crisp lighter carbonation. Medium body. Lightly dry finish. SMooth, easy drinking, and as refreshing as I hoped (was craving a pilsener). Good bready aroma, maybe a light pepper, but not much else to it. Moderate to stronger bitter taste, more than average for a pils but I’m digging it. Very enjoyable pilsener.

Draft to taster. Looks decent; light though, even for a pils. A completely transparent light gold with thin white lacing. Smells of dough and pilsener malt with a mild bitter hop profile. Tastes like it smells with an average mouthfeel. Lacks a pilsener snap, but okay.

Light golden in color, clear with a thin head. Nice Pils flavor and aroma. Light hops and good malt finish.

12 ounce bottle. Yellow straw in color. Big noble hops in taste. Slight sweetness follows in the end.
