UPDATED: DEC 14, 2011 75cl bottle from Belgian Beer Station.com. Brewed by Lefèbvre. Large pressure when lifting the cork. Took a bit of strength to not let it pop wildly. Pours a clear golden ale with lots of large carbonation. The head is huge, off white and very fizzy and bubbly. The nose is very fruity (cherry aroma) and sweet with a touch of Belgian yeast. Very inviting. The first sip is also fruity with the same light cherry touch. The aftertaste is grainy, yeasty and pretty dry. The alcohol is very present when the beer warms up a bit. The alcohol is warming very quickly. The mouthfeel is going from smooth and a bit syruppy to dry and grainy in the aftertaste. A very tasteful and drinkable tripel.

(Bottled, 0.75l) Very hazy, darkish orange color with a smallish, firm head. Quite mild, slightly sweet, papery and acidic, toffeeish aroma. Mildly fruity, sweetish, a bit paperym quite toffeeish flavor. Medium-bodied, slightly alcoholic, soft-carbonated palate. A decent, quite balanced, but easily forgettable Belgian. Nothing compared to the Alvinnes I tasted earlier today...
