Crisp amber with a white ring for a head. Nose is very earthy, bread, malts, light spice, and florals. Nice palate, heavy earth and spice, florals, dough and more earth in the finish

Golden yellow tap pour. There's a light fruit and grassy aroma. Light and refreshing flavor with a slightly sour finish that hangs. There's a malty palette. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This was more farmhouse than saison. Faint aroma with fruity esters and malt. Light copper color without much of a head that may have affected my picking up the aroma. Lightweight palate with some carbonation but still thin, not necessarily crisp. Flavors had slight fruit and caramel malts but were not that strong. Maybe some ginger notes. Just OK for the style.

Poured a mildly hazy gold colour with a medium head and strong lacing. Grainy nose. More honey in the mouth then local buzz, but not overt. Alcohol well hidden.

Double hopped and double honey-ed version of local buzz. Syrupy, malty, grainy. Boozy aftertaste. Overall too sweet but tasty. ---Rated via Beer Buddy

Draft - Lemon and some spice with a touch of yeast. Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Apricot and similar fruit, touch of banana and clove and a sweet finish. They obviously used German Hef yeast and not enough of anything else to give it real saison flavors.

Tap at Zio Carlo. Where is a fairly clear orange amber color with absolutely no carbonation. Aroma is honey and grain. Syrupy for sure. Flavor is sweet hops, honey and sweet malts. A bit bitter on the finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
