COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Well balanced, moderate bitterness and a noticeable hop aroma makes this ale appealing to a variety of beer drinkers from the casual pale ale lover to the serious hophead. Brewed with fresh Cascade hops grown locally in Charlotte, this truly is a home-town beer!

Draft. Dark amber color, bright white head, solid lacing. Aroma of caramel. Taste has a sweet butterscotch start that progresses to a bitter grass and citrus finish. Nice.

Sample at Charlotte Octoberfest. Grassy hay hop profile. Decent body backing it up. Was expecting a much more hop aggressive beer but it end up being closer to an english style ipa.
