3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours copper with a thin off white head. Initially, this smells earthy, but as it warms up in the glass, some resiny elements and citrussy notes emerge. Tastes of citrus, resin, pine, earthy, some underlying bitterness, spicy on the finish. Well hopped and enjoyable.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
At a tasting, thanks Tom C., smallish head quite clear orange colour with just a touch of haze, fruity woody aroma with a hint of tobbaco, flavour of orange marmalade, with some maltiness in the back and a light herbal bitterness. Drinkable but mediocre.

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Can sample at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks Tom C. hazy golden-orange with an off-white head. Aroma of stale hops and some graininess. Flavor has some sweetish malt, a bit grainy, mild stale hops and very light bitterness. Medium-bodied.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle from Whole Foods Plymouth. Pours hazy dark straw, a pretty intense golden color, with frothy white head that laces well, and a lot of carbonation. Nose is heavy hops, citrus, pale malt, black peppery spice. Tastes resiny, hoppy, with notes of pale malt, grains, spice, florals, and a bitter, somewhat astringent finish.

0.6 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 1/20
quite easily the worst beer i’ve had in years. over carbed so it took for fucking ever to pour and settle. this meant i hand to spend even more time than should be legally allowed having to smell this abomination. dry cardboard and sadness are the best way to describe. tastes like dust, with a bit contempt rolled in. a beer to give to someone to let them know, that yes it can get worse, and your mother doesn’t really love you.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
16 oz. can from Whole Foods in Lake Grove, NY. Pours a crystal clear gold with a large white head that lasted through the first quarter of the glass and left partial lace. Pleasant aroma of malt, caramel and some subdued piney hops. The flavor is more restrained than the aroma with malt and caramel followed by some citrus pith hops bitterness that is lacking in flavor. Medium bodied.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Earthy hop aroma and taste, but muted. Clear amber color. Not outstanding but decent for $5.99 for a four pack of 16 ounce cans.

can. Deep golden with small head. Bland caramel malt body with bland hops. This is a very subpar IPA. At least the can looked nice.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Fuck, this is horrible. Dented can from Whole Foods Columbus Circle, NYC. Red gold with a massive bloom of heavy-lacing, sugared foam. Nose of chilled watermelon, happy hour Grecian cocktails, Southern Comfort, vomit and vomited Southern Comfort. Ditto flavour, with the tell tale cherry Tunes, elastic band and marzipan notes of cheap hop-free booze. Soggy malt and cooked sugar overload. Tastes like the bastard chimera child of an horrendous red Belgian and English super strength lager. Imagine my disappointment when I realised I paid $5.99 (FIVE DOLLARS NINETY NINE CENTS) for a single battered tin because they rang it through as a multipack. DRINKING EVERY LAST DROP IN PROTEST.
