Cloudy amber color with a nice frothy head. Subtle bitterness with sweet malt to smooth it over at the end. Pretty good brew.
riversideAK (1468), Shoreline, Washington, USA Jul 18, 2008 Bottle from hellbilly. Thanks man! Pours a amber/copper with a thin head. The aroma is nice and floral with some citrus as well. Malt comes through as a little sweet and bready with caramel and toffee as well. Nice floral/fruity hops up front with a nice malt middle - bread, caramel, toffee and a medium hoppy finish. Pretty fruity. Light yet flavorful. The best I had that evening, but I don’t know if that says too much. GuilTTy (439), Cherry Hill, New Jersey, USA Jun 29, 2008 Bottle at an unassuming western themed little place on Scottsdale’s Old Town (don’t recall the name). Clear light copper supporting a thin tan head. Earthy, biscuity aroma and flavors of caramel, mild toffee, milk chocolate and toasted malt. Silky mouthfeel and a snappy finish. A nice easy drinking session ale. rustychiles (373), Mesa, Arizona, USA Jun 17, 2008 Pours a golden orange / brown with a small white head. Aroma of hops, malts, pineapple?? Flavor of hops, caramel, bitterness, malt. Just okay for me. edmajorjoe (32), Vail, Arizona, USA Jun 11, 2008 Golden in appearance. Small head on pour. Bitter tasting and strong flavor. DenverLogan (420), Oceanside, California, USA May 25, 2008 Golden, small head...on tap at Tempe brewery. Similar to a English bitter, some sweetness and a touch of bitterness.
