COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A very light golden ale that is malty sweet, almost honey-like in the nose. This ale has a light to medium body and a very delicate flavor. Easy drinking, it has very low bitterness and a soft dry finish.

Slightly hazy straw colour. Light, husky, light bitterness (~20). Maybe some grassiness but mostly a clean straw taste. Not terribly kolsch-like.

On tap in Tempe as Sunbru Kolsch. Pale gold color with a white head. Not much aroma. Flavor is lightly citrus over pale malt. Near medium body. Clean. Refreshing.

Draft. Poured clear amber color with an average fizzy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate sweet malt aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carfbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met and the beer went well with BBQ Chicken Salad.

Enjoyed on tap at the Scottsdale location (brewed in Tempe). Fresh smell, light yellow and very lacey. A mild bitterness. Hits the mark, as they mostly do,batting average rather than home run hitters, showing skill. Average mouthfeel. A good start, and nicely drinkable at lunchtime.

On tap @ Four Peaks poured a clear gold with a small lasting white head. Aromas of bread and light citrus. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of bread, a hint of honey and light citrus with a crisp clean finish.
