20 pounds of fresh orange blossoms added to a light ale. Typically brewed, unsurprisingly, in Spring.

On cask at the brewey in Tempe. Pours a clear apricot with a frothy white head of foam that leaves a fair amount of lacing. Smells of orange blossoms, for sure. Tastes of underripe oranges, flower petals, chlorphyl, and a bit of cream. No one could tell me what style this is, so I guess it’s a cream ale based on color and consistency. A bit sticky on the finish.
