A light fruit beer with strong peach aroma, but not an overpowering peach flavor – great on a warm day. We chose peach because, believe it or not, peaches can thrive in Arizona and the flavor is very compatible with beer. Our peach ale has a subtle sweet flavor and aroma, while maintaining a light body and color.

Pint on tap. Clear golden yellow, small head, looks like pale lager. Not much fruit in the aroma, maybe a little bit of peach. A little sour for a supposedly peach fruit beer, especially at the end. I get sweet tarts a little bit. Not artificial, but not substantial enough on its own, light and easy drinking but not good. Doubles down on the palate at the end, beginning and middle is tame. Ale that could be lager (not a complement). Annoying.

Golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is peach. Flavour is peach, malt, citrus. Ordinary beer.

Location: Draft at the Production Facility Tasting Room, 3/8/14

Aroma: This one has an artificial peach candy nose, with some sugary and malt notes
Appearance: It pours a hazy golden color with an off-white head and some solid lacework
Flavor: The flavor is much the same, with artificial peach candy, and some sweet, malty notes
Palate: The body is light-medium, with a decent mouthfeel, and an okay finish
Overall Impression: This wasn’t necessarily a favorite for me. The sweetness tasted candy-like, and it just sort of overpowered the rest of the beer. Eh...

For what it wants to be, a good beer. Think wheat ale with a slight infusion of peach flavor. Easy drinking.

Nice low gravity beer, I was pleasantly surprised. Peach flavor is subtle and pleasant. Light body, good carbonation, refreshing. Pretty solid for a 4.5% beer. Would drink again.

[ As Four Peaks Peach Ale ].
Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy peach. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet with a long duration, fruity, peach. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140118]

Draft in a sampler at the Wilson Taproom. Pours a pale, clear yellow-gold with a small white head. Notes of peach, doughy malts, wheat, and lemon citrus. Light-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a sweet, juicy mouthfeel. Not a bad peach ale. But I probably wouldn’t order it over their other stuff.

Can. Pours a clear and fairly dark golden color with a moderate white head on it. Nose is light and dominated by peach, with little else in there. Taste is light and only slightly sweet, also with lot of peach. Meh. Not my bag.

Can - Wheat and peach jam. Clear gold with a very nice white head. Sweet candy peach with some wheat, but not as sweet as I expected. Peach dominates, but not overwhelms.

A clear one, well, it’s faintly hazy, golden in color and with a small, off-white head. The aroma is mostly peachy, with a faint maltyness in the back. The flavor has a faint touch of citrus and pale malts, but it’s mostly the peaches that pull the load. Medium body, soft carbonation and quite dry. Peaches in the finish too. A beer that is too one-dimensional, but not bad in any way. 140118
