A very light golden ale that is malty sweet, almost honey-like in the nose. This ale has a light to medium body and a very delicate flavor. Easy drinking, it has very low bitterness and a soft dry finish.

"average as far as american attempts at the kolsch style. nothing offensive and nothing to make it stand out at all. some grainy sweetness in the nose and flavor with a slightly bitter finish. light on the palate. not really memorable."

Draft. Clear light yellow with a decent white head. Grain. Honey. Light caramel. Earth. Not overly sweet with pretty nice balance. Not too watery. Great drinkability. Went well with our pizza.

Pour is clear yellow with white head, aroma brought notes of straw, grass, hints of yeast, slight vanilla and honey. Taste is a mix of honey, grass, vanilla, slight yeast, touch of corn in there with a slight husky note in there, finishing slightly sweet, dry.

For what it purports to be, succeeds. Very quaffable. Slight sweetness imbuing the maltiness. Not a bad session type brew. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft in a taster at the Wilson Taproom. Pours a clear gold with a small white head that settles into a ring. Notes of pale and sweet malts, some grass, faint minerals, and straw. Light-bodied, with medium carbonation and a clean mouthfeel. Good Kolsch.

Location: Draft at the Production Facility Tasting Room, 3/8/14

Aroma: The nose is light, with some lemon, sweet malts, and cereal/grains
Appearance: This one pours a clear gold color with a white head
Flavor: The flavor is light and kind of sweet, malty and a little fruity, with a mild hop bitterness
Palate: The body is light, it has a clean feel, average carbonation, and an okay finish
Overall Impression: I thought this was a decent Kolsch, but nothing special. Still, I could see the appeal if you were looking for something light that leans sweet. Not a bad intro type beer.

Can, thanks Josh! Clean hay color pour with big white head. Light mouthfeel with enough carb to not make it too watery. Flavors of honey and apples. Not bad.

can - thanks, Josh! Pours clear gold. Aroma of toast, cereal, grass. Lightly sweet, minimal bitterness - taste on the mouth isn’t much stronger than grains steeped in water, actually. Light body, thin texture. Overall: Easy to drink, so if looking for alcohol water this is a good way to go. Short crisp finish, I practically forgot how this beer tasted while I was still drinking it.

Tap @ 8th Street location. Pours clear golden yellow with white head. Smells of bread, light malt and a little citrus. Taste is balanced with bread, light malts, tastes more like a lager. Refreshing beer on a hot Phoenix afternoon.
