COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A strong India Pale Ale that is marked by intense hop flavor and high hop bitterness. This style of beer needed the high hop and alcohol to survive the trip around Africa. Medium to light body and very bitter.

Tap @ Four Peaks Tempe. Pours a copper orange appearance with an off white head. Spicy, sweet grapefruity hoppy, light caramel aroma. Fairly citrusy, well balanced, moderately sweet flavor. Solid.

Draft @ Four Peaks. Clear deep amber with a very dense off white head. Mild aroma of flowers, spicy herbs, caramel, dough and citrus. Flavor of doughy malt with a fairly strong hop bitterness, light alcohol warming. Medium body with average carbonation. Not bad but prefer the Hop Knot over this one.

On draft @ Whole Foods Mayo. Not much in the nose- some faint hops. Thin mouthfeel. Not too hoppy in the flavor, either. Was expecting alot more from Four Peaks. More like a very pale ale.
