Pours very hazy golden with creamy head that longest and leaves lots of pacing. Light roasted and mild cereal malt flavors. Yeasty. Moderate hop aromas that are citrus pprimarily. Full bodied. Medium carbonation. Briefly sweet up front but quickly turns to mild bitterness that is god. Medium finish. Good hefe.

A very cloudy beer that almost looks like a smoothie. Strong banana flavor, a little to much for me at dinner, but most likely a perfect amount for breakfast. Keep this in mind.

Okay Hefeweizen. Not a very good palate, Aroma could use some help. Drinkable. A little too yeasty though...for some odd reason.

Draft at brewpub. Pours cloudy the color of pineapple juice. Nice banana aroma with a hint of bubble gum. The same flavors are expressed on the tongue. Finishes clean. Another solid beer from Four Peaks.

Hazed yellow pour with frothy white head and lace. Aroma of clove, banana, with wheat under tones. Nice mix of the clove and banana. A kicker of dry wheat malt. Light bodied with a slightly aggressive carbonation. Pretty nice.

on tap-pours a white head that laces and cloudy straw color. Aroma is clove/some banana. Taste is banana/clove, wheat, some spice hops.

Poured up on tap at the Tempe Four Peaks with opaque deep gold body with copper hues and white head. The aroma pushes up pretty much only semi ripe banana and cloves. The taste has up front cloves moving into all-spice and then a smooth background of banana reveals itself.

Milky golden color/ lasting white foam. Nice banana, lemon, clove aromas. Medium bodied with soft co2. Good banana puree, tart wheat, spicy clove flavors--classic hefe yeast

Taster. Rating #53. Hazy yellow with a nice white head with real nice lacing. Citrusy lemon aroma, wheat of course. More citrus in the flavor and a bit of banana and I want to say a little bit of smokiness got me upon my first sip, good stuff. (1518)
