COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
If you remember, roughly a year ago we had a Mexican Dark Chocolate infused Porter as a seasonal. Well, our intrepid brewers took some of it, stored it in bourbon barrels and allowed it to age for a year.

Black pour with a chocolate milk colored head. Huge bourbon aroma with some tar, wet paint, balsamic vinegar. Caramel, toffee, vanilla, oak and sour mash flavor. Hell yes.

Near black pour with a small tan head. Aroma of roast, caramel, chocolate, bourbon and spice. Flavor is similar with some vanilla and a bit of sourness on the finish. Really good stuff!

on tap at 4peaks 8/5/10. same ruby tinted darker than the average porter color with a short lived tan head. distinct floral iced tea notes in the aroma (four roses barrels?) along with roast, choco, cinnamon, smoke, caramel and balsamic. throw in some vanilla and the flavor is the same... lactic tartness on the finish. any more time in the barrel this thing would be a sour! medium body. creamy with a touch of tartness at the end. neat. 8/4/7/4/15
