Four Sons Plissken Pale Ale

Pulled this rating from the archives when I actually kept all of them by hand a few years ago. Pours a hazy yellow color. Aroma of citrus hops but not very strong. Hops are not as potent in the flavor where the malt comes in stronger. Very Plain

Zis bier ist "true to style" for ein Americaner pale ale vhich putz the hops up der nose unt into ze taste buds! Be maken sure you don’t be drivink the next day after trinkink zis bier cause you’ll be smellink like ze hops yet!

DRAUGHT moderate malt and hop aroma, very average appearance, flavor was bitter but balanced somewhat with sweet malt, true to style

This APA poured a light translucent orange, unfiltered. The aroma reminded me of 90 Minute, but not so overpoweringly grapefruity. The taste is almost wheaty, definitely yeasty (this beer was unfiltered), but carried by the hops. This was balanced. I liked it.
