COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our beautiful Belgian Blonde Ale is bright and tasty indeed, a touch of sweet malt, spice and banana (just right), hints of belgian tradition with the easy drinking smooth tongue of a classic ale. Goes down easy. Indeed.

Tasted from draft. Pours a clear gold with white head. Aroma of grains, hay, and some banana. Taste is pretty well balanced with medium sweetness and a nice mild bitterness to balance. Flavors of hay, grass, banana, spices. Very smooth good tasting blond. Definitely a good blond. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap during Ohio Brew Week 2013, taster from The Union. What. This tastes like a hefeweizen.. Half hazy golden orange appearance to match. Minimal head on this one. Has a vanilla, banana, light spice flavor to it, pretty nice, really. Refreshing, tasty, easy to drink. Moderate sweet taste, light spice, light tart. Lighter body. Lighter carbonation. Solid

On tap.. Pours a clear pale straw with a thick white head. Aroma is like banana but bready and clean malt as well as yeast. Mouthfeel is good but lighter. Flavor is just like it smells lots of soft malt with a little hop and a lot of yeast character. Over all this beer is very refreshing and I like the name.

Served in a growler. Drank and reviewed within an hour of growler fill. Poured into a DFH shaped pint glass. Appears fairly clear with a slight haze. The nice yellow color you would expect from this style. Has a below average, white head that dissipates pretty quickly and leaves no lacing. Nose is spicy, with hints of sweetness and banana. The spice is definitely the dominate feature. Tastes sweet up front with a slight balancing factor in the middle and finishes spicy. Black pepper, a slight hint of citrus and banana. The mouthfeel is slightly flat, with a medium to light body. Finishes light and refreshing. Overall, a nice brew to finish off a hot day with. Something to change things up, and very refreshing. This is something I will most likely purchase again, as the fiancée loved it.

Draft sample. Poured clear golden color with an average frothy white head that was lasting with good lacing. Moderate sweet malt, yeast, banana aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet spice flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met with a good change of pace brew.

Pint at Bodega. Clear gold color with a medium off-white head. Aroma of banana, sweet malt, caramel and toffee. Banana flavor with some spice and malt before a crisp, refreshing finish.

On draught at the Four Strings Release Party on 01/13/2012. The beer pours a clear yellow-gold color with a medium thin white head that dissipates quickly. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Bready malt and a bit of fruit in the nose. Light body with flavors of biscuit malt and sweet fruit. The finish is malty with a short sweet aftertaste. Pretty average overall.
