Backlog rating. Keg at the brewery tap room, London. It pours a clean straw color with a large white head. Aroma is grainy and quite dry with notes of bread, hay, dough, citrus peel and esters. Taste is mild sweet, mild grainy and medium dry, with notes of caramel malts, grassy hops, hay, bread and citrus. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Good balanced saison, and quite tasty

Keg at the brewery. Clear yellow straw coloured pour with a thin white head. Aroma is classic saison yeast, hint of funk, earthy orange. Flavour is clen bready wheat malt, orange with a spicy orange finish. Palate is velvety effervescent. Solid saison with a solid bitterness in the finish.

Keg at the brewery - London. Pours clear, yellow-gold with a foamy, white head. The aroma holds dry hay, pale bread, slight Belgian yeast and lemon peel. Light to medium sweet flavor with assertive hop character, more hay, light grass, biscuits, rindy citrus. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Dry finish with a bit of Belgian yeast character, dry biscuits, hay, grass. Solid effort.
