COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The transatlantic influence of American brewing inspired us to make a clean and sessionable IPA style beer. We’ve used East Coast attitude to deliver a powerful aroma of Crystal and Cascade hops. IBU: 40 EBC: 10

Can at Borough Market in London. Nice fruity hops aroma. Watery super bubbly fizzy palate - way way too much and unpleasant. Taste is slightly fruity hops. Unfortunately like other disappointing session IPAs - watery, empty tasting. Couldn't finish.

Sample at SBWF 2014. Slightly hazy orange with a white head. Fresh with hops, citrus, hay, some pineapple and light malt. On the light side but still a descent one.

Can from Cotteridge Wines. Smells good - pineapple and so forth, taste is crisply crisp. Cleanly clean. And lengthily tasty. Big Bang for abv. Love this brewery tonight.

Cloudy orange, large white head; tropical fruit aroma; the initial hit of peach / melon fruitiness is quickly overwhelmed by a far too agressive bitterness and too much carbonation; a fizzy mess; poor.

Sample at SBWF 2014. Clear golden/orange beer with a nice offwhite head. Hoppy floral aroma, grassy, hay, some citrus. Hoppy citrus flavor, pine apples, grass, some hay, caramel notes. Fresh but slightly thinbodied.

33cl can @ the Stockbridge Tap. Appearance - golden, almost clear, with a nice head. Nose - lime and biscuit. Taste - more key lime pie then bitter lime finish. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy, slightly rich middle section and a very bitter finish. Overall - good beer.

BlackHaddock (3912) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - SEP 14, 2014
Keg, half-pint in the Old Red Cow, Smithfield London on 12th Sep 2014. Cloudy yellow with a full white crown. Aroma was of grapefruit and other bittering citrus fruits. The taste was crisp and also citrus bitter, yet with a mild malt underbelly. Decent. A little ’fizzy’ for my palate but it suited the flavours.

Thanks to Leighton for this can. Pours a cloudy pale yellow orange, white head. Aroma is fresh citrus, grass, hay, lemon zest, pine. Flavor is dry and bitter, bready malt. Very solid.

Tap (@ Fourpure, Bermondsey): Deep golden, hazy, small, but really stable loose White head; quite solid herbal-grapefruity nose; moderate to solid dry bitter flavour, very light bodied, as expected; lingering dry grapefruity finish. Good, lacks a bit the balancing sweetness...
