COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The transatlantic influence of American brewing inspired us to make a clean and sessionable IPA style beer. We’ve used East Coast attitude to deliver a powerful aroma of Crystal and Cascade hops. IBU: 40 EBC: 10

Can at The Roebuck, Leek (Titanic) Pours a hazy golden colour with a thick, fizzy white head. Aroma of orange, peach, grapefruit, some caramel, subtle pine and slight spicy hops. Taste of orange, peach, grapefruit, some pine, slight grass, bready malts, subtle caramel and spicy hops. Light bodied and moderate carbonation. A fruity, citrus hop bitterness in the finish. A nice, fresh, hoppy session IPA. Well balanced and hoppy. As good as their IPA.

Fosse M&S. Impressive heaped murky ochre from the can. Aroma chiefly of vomit. Vomited pine, too much Crystal. Some good resiny intensity. Peach Soothers, Honey and Lemon Lockets throat sweet flavour. Marmite. Not for me.

330ml can. Hazy amber pour with frothy white head, which quickly dissipates. Not too much aroma, however one of pine, citrus and grapefruit. Not much carbonation in the mouth, but nice smooth feel with low body. Good flavours for the ABV - grapefruit, lemon, grassy and nice bitterness on the back end. Decent session IPA.

Can. Light yellow with small white head. Aroma of citrus fruits. In taste low sweetness, low body, the beer is dry. Dominate citrus flavours with quite strong (for that body) grapefruit bitterness. Nice beer.

Cloudy with nice white head. At the beginning grapefruit aroma, later also malty notes. Light body, medium sweet, solid bitter.

Aroma: pine and resin, citrus. Appearance: hazy amber! color and thin beige head. Taste: medium bitterness (resin and citrus), heather, roasted notes, dry. Palate: low body and medium carbonation, stalky finish. Overall: Not so bad, but I expected something more decent.

September 6, 2014 - at the brewery, draught. Hazy amber-gold with a lovely lasting thick foamy white head. Decent C-hop aroma, a little cereal and bread dough ... taste is quite grainy, some balancing fairly generic bitterness - it builds though, and not much alcohol presence. Solid body, lively carbonation, medium-long modestly bitter finish. Just okay.

Hazy dark orange with white head. Grapefruit, guava and some grass. Fruity, citrus, grass and lingering dry finish. Overall: very nice.

Can from M&S. Pours cloudy amber with an off white head. The aroma has bready yeast and pine. The taste is spicy with pine and bready notes. Dry bitter finish. Fairly tasty.
