COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The transatlantic influence of American brewing inspired us to make a clean and sessionable IPA style beer. We’ve used East Coast attitude to deliver a powerful aroma of Crystal and Cascade hops. IBU: 40 EBC: 10

Draught at Bishops Folkis. Golden with a slight mist. Fluffy white head. Aroma is freshly cut grass, citrus, peach, hay and white bread. Taste has a mild sweetness, citrus and zest, peach and slight lychee with some soft bready/cookie malts. Medium to light body, soft carb and slight oily to dry texture. Very nice and refreshing with a soft bitterness. Summer beer.
