(keg) hazy golden-amber colour with a frothy off-white head. aroma of heavy resin, some light roasted malts, gooseberries, grape juice and herbal hops. flavour is mostly banana and peaches, with a hint of pale malts, earth and a light-bitter herbal-hoppy finish. light- to medium-bodied with average carbonation.

330ml can from Bottledog, drunk on the train from the can. Crispy toast, grapefruit, citrus and an unwelcome brittle bitterness. Really not that enjoyable.

Can bought in Market Row Wines, Brixton. Clear pale amber, white head. Nose is grapefruit citrous, pine, biscuit malt and light grain, hop resin. Taste is citrousy grapefruit, fair amount of pine and hop resin bitterness, light biscuit and grain malt, light grassiness. Decent zesty pale ale, with some citrous and pine hop bite, although a fairly light malt profile.

Draft - Sweet candy floss hops and grapefruit. Hazy gold with a good white head. Light grapefruit and a bitter bite that follows through the finish. Light but a bit too bitter.

330ml can. Hazy orangey golden colour, foam white head leaving alittle lacing and aroma of tropical fruits, citrus, hoppy. Taste is biscuity malt, caramel with earthy hop resin grapefruit bitterness. Creamy mouthfeel, light bodied, soft carbonation, drying slight metallic lingering bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

Can from Beerhive. Sweet caramel, citrus and mild bitterness - nothing really stands out in this beer.

Much better IPAs out there, quite disappointing really. The taste feels like its trying to be something that it isn’t and as a result loses its integrity as an IPA. I’m in no rush to have this again.

Unclear medium yellow - amber orange color with a large, creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, pine, grass, orange - citrus, zest, hop oil notes, wood notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, zest bitter, grass, fruity, hoppy, hop oil notes, woody hops notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.

Can. Crisp well balanced IPA - sweet without being too sweet or malty. Notes of citrus elderflowers and red orange.

Can, 33cl from AbM @ Toivola. Pours slightly hazy copper with a white head. Aroma of citrus, malts. Bitter, resin flavor, malts. Not as refreshing as I hoped.
