COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The transatlantic influence of American brewing inspired us to make a clean and sessionable IPA style beer. We’ve used East Coast attitude to deliver a powerful aroma of Crystal and Cascade hops. IBU: 40 EBC: 10

Can from Sourced Market. Hazy golden body with a fluffy white head. Lively carbonation. Excellent lacing. Aroma of grapefruit and lime. Flavour of cucumber, lemon and Rich Tea biscuits. Thin body with a watery texture. Soft fizz. A bit weak and watery. I’m surprised this is as strong as 4.2% ABV.

Une session agrumé et peu aromatique qui nous mène vers une finale un peu trop générique. Correct et facile à boire mais manque le oumf!

Bottle from posh off licence in east grinstead. Bottle looks great. Pours hazy beer with fading head - not too pretty. Malt and bready aroma. Malty tasting, not bitter enough despite 40IBUs on side of bottle. Supposed to be a session IPA but more just a malty pale ale. Style over substance with this one.... ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Flaske, april-14: en frisk ipa fylt med citrus og godt balansert. En riktig god og syrlig ipa som var den perfekte velkomstøl hos Steven. Kjøpt på Prohibition Wines. Må prøve mer fra dette bryggeriet.

Bottle from Sourced Market, St. Pancras, London. This is a hazy amber coloured beer with toffee and orange blossom flavours, malty notes and a sweet red fruity finish.

Bottle from Good Taste Food and Drink, Crystal Palace, London - fuzzy golden pour with a small white head. Sweet malty, grassy, herbal and again more floral than hoppy (who stole the hops?)

Keg at the brewery, 29/03/14. Very lightly hazed golden amber with a moderate off white swirl for a head. Nose is tangy citrics, orange pith, straw, earthy hops. Taste comprises toasty malt, bitter orange, citric rind, light hop presence. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying grassy close. Ok easy drinker but the hops are a little lacking.
