Draft at sb. Pours a hazy medium yellow with no head or lace. Appealing tartness on the nose from the chard, almost lemony, accentuated by a bit of pear acidity. Creamy medium body with soft carb. Tangy pear and lemon notes; honey and vanilla add a little complexity but unfortunatwly also a fairly acetic note that doesn’t mix well with all the sugars and tang. Gets kinda closed out and sticky at the same time near the end. Lingering tangy sweet finish.

Wow. This is really good. Its the color of pear juice and cloudy. The aroma os white oak and unsweetened pear juice. Flavor is the same and not overly swet. This tastes natural unlike most ciders ive had which taste like sugar has been added. The body is light amd refreshing but satisfying. A good cider.

Draft to taster at Dutch’s. Looks good; a mostly transparent gold with white head that dissipates into lacing fairly quickly. Smells of pear with notes of honey, vanilla, and Chardonnay. Tastes like it smells with a good mouthfeel. I enjoyed this one.

On tap. Half-hazy whitish - yellow color. No head, just some white bubbles around the edge. White grape, pear, and vanilla aroma. Medium-plus body. Lighter, more crisp carbonation. Sweet taste, overall. Hint of honey, in there, some oak. All subtle and well-integrated, pretty well done, interesting perry.

This pear cider lived up to the "sublime" billing, and at the price point it was purchased--it better! Hazy tan with a sublime, complex pear nose with just a twinkling of vanilla. Again, the flavor was crisp and of the most refreshing pear notes with a complexity that reverberated throughout. Delicate, understated--sublime!
