UPDATED: FEB 14, 2012 Bottle from Systembolaget Strømstad, Sweden. Yellow colour with a small bubbly head. Apple nose. Dry apple flavour with some spices.

The pour is a clear, pale yellow color with a quickly vanishing white head. Smells very sweet, a light tartness, maybe a hint of diacetyl. Definitely some yeast. Very sweet, very sugary, a little bit of yeast. Light bodied and medium carbonation.

This beer is really pretty decent, but still nothing much to it. I like some more complexity.

Bottled. I like ciders so despite the low score this is a great drink (just not a beer). Aroma of - you guessed it - apples. Green apples dominate the aroma and flavor and both have a little vinegar. Dry drink that sweetens towards the finish. Sugars come out more as it warms.

Bottle. Pale yellow pour with a little bubbling. Green (meaning unripe) apple aroma. Very dry puckery taste. Puckery finish apple and spice.

bottle - I’ve tried both the Black current (that the site won’t let you add to the database, so don’t try) and the hard cider. I didn’t enjoy either one, I found them both a bit dry, a bit boring and a lot weak and thin.

Pours yellow, with a small, white head. Aroma is apples, and some spices. Flavor is apples, vanilla, and sugar. Refreshing, but a little drier than I prefer.

Pale yellow color. Dry appley aroma. Flavor is sweeter by far than the aroma. Tart and sweet apples intertwine, but don’t do much. Kind of sugary in not the best way. If you’re a cider fan, try it.
